Solution seems to be like this:

Given equations are:

5 + 3 + 2 = 103000
9 + 2+ 4 = 157203
7 + 2 + 3 = 124202
9 + 3 + 3 = 158103
First two (first and second) digits of right hand side are the total of all numbers on left hand side, e.g. in first equation 5 + 3 + 2 = 10.
Then next two (third & fourth) digits on R.H.S. are  on are the multiple of all the numbers on L.H.S. e.g. in first equation 5*3*2 = 30.
Then next two (fifth & sixth) digit on R.H.S. are decided by subtracting total of last two numbers from first number on L.H.S. e.g. in first equation 5 - (3 + 2) = 00; and in second equation 9 - (2 + 4) = 03.
THEN;
7 + 2 + 5 = 147000
